F1 2019 Mid Season Report

As the Formula 1 season gets back underway this weekend in Belgium, I want to take a moment to reflect on the driver performances of 2019 thus far. I have been keeping a spreadsheet throughout the season and updating it after each weekend. I rate every driver out of 10 for their performance at each event. It was been my first year in doing this and my system is not perfect as I will try to explain as I go through it. I have tried to keep it as objective as I could and I believe it is a good guide to the season this far.
